Sourdough

Sourdough is the basis for most of our baking. We use it probably 95% of our baked goods. It adds a nice flavor (yes, it doesn't have to be super sour to be sourdough), and it increases the nutrition content. So if you can easily maintain your sourdough starter, why not use it in just about everything! Here you'll find everything sourdough related: recipes, tips, ideas, methods.
